Shelby City Schools has developed policy and procedures that will allow our student-athletes to safely return to activity Monday, June 1st. The policy is aligned with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), Nation Federation of High Schools Association (NFHS), and the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA). In order for athletes to return to an activity they must review the Return to Activity policy and sign the accompanying waiver form acknowledging that there remain risks due to Covid-19. Parents of student-athlete under the age of 18 yrs of age must also sign the waiver form. Athletes must then present the signed form to their respective coaches prior to participation.

Student-athletes and parents must also understand the a safe return to activity requires limiting the interactions of our athletes. Therefore student-athletes will be restricted to the number of activities they are permitted to attend.
